Nipple pain! Help!!

Ok girls I need your help! My right nipple is killing me! I’m not pregnant, not breastfeeding, I didn’t do anything to it! It’s the most bizarre thing! I can’t even bump into it without it killing me! My breast looks normal in appearance, but just my nipple is killing me! I am on birth control, but recently was on the antibiotic Clarithromycin and the steroid Prednisone. Not sure if the medications messed with my birth control and it’s a hormone imbalance? Anyone ever have anything like this?!
