He’s “crushing” on some other girl?!

I’ve known my fiancé for a handful of years and we’ve been engaged for two and a half. I recently saw a post, that I wasn’t supposed to see, where my fiancé said he was “crushing on [his] boss” I confronted him about it and basically said that to me a crush is like someone you want to be with/date/fuck and he said he just meant it like she was hot. My question is do you think he wants to do something with her, and would you leave someone for saying that that had a crush on their boss?

I think attraction to other people is okay. Crushes no. To me a crush is actually a feeling for another person and a desire to be with them which isn’t good in a relationship. And this goes for the man or woman in my opinion. Also commenting on something isn’t just in his head it’s acting on his “crush” which again isn’t okay. In my opinion be careful

I personally think it's inappropriate for someone in a relationship to make comments like that toward their boss. I also don't see how is explanation was meant to reassure you lmao. Speak to him again and tell him that you find that sort of thing hurtful and disrespectful. If he can't value your feelings and take them seriously, that's a red flag to watch out for.

I’ve seen 3-4 posts in the last two days about women having crushes and they were all told how natural and harmless it is. As long as they don’t cheat. Gonna be interesting to see the responses when it’s a man!

Honestly we all have eyes and I personally think it’s okay to say someone is attractive. But he could have definitely phrased it myself, I’d be quite uncomfortable hearing that way. Just talk to him, I’d say and let him know how it made you feel.

Well I would say he’s imagined having sex with her, as men do when they think someone’s hot, he’s probably even wanked over her, but it’s up to you what boundaries you have and what boundaries he agrees with you on
