Insurance Sucks

I went for my 12 weeks ob appointment and the billing specialist sat me down and explained that I need to pay $3300 by my 28th week in full in order for them to keep treating me because my insurance won’t be covering anything. We pay over $400 every 2 weeks for private insurance and now I have to make $620 payments per month to my doctor to deliver my child because I have to have a c section. She told me that apparently that is the new way they are doing billing with most obgyns. Thanks America for your wonderful healthcare system. 👍🏻

Update this ob is in my network. I made sure it was. They are making me pay all up front for my c section by my 28th week not including hospital stay or anything just the surgery.
