Building Milk supply for twins
I’m looking to build my milk supply for my twins! We have a regular Spectra pump and I just rented a hospital grade version.
Should I be pumping after EVERY feeding? Just day feedings? Just one morning and one at night?
Help! I need a routine and consistency and can’t figure out what is best.
