What do you think ???

So I’ll give a little bit of my background for those who doesn’t know!!!

November 21 a natural MC few weeks after did a pelvic exam and a couple ultrasound !! Came to find I passed everything, cervix was already closed and everything!!! Here comes the trouble ; since the MC I have been checking my hcg levels because there were going down slowly 3 weeks ago I had the MTX injection to help it go down a the same day HCG was at 18; 4days later went down to 11; then I rechecked again TODAY ( this point we thought it would be zero ) but guess what???? IT WENT UP11.7 ( this week I have noticed some pregnancy symptoms like : SORE GUM , WAKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO PEE, breast slightly sore & nipples Sharply tingling, constantly headaches, light cramp and lots of white MC ( could it be a new pregnancy). MIND YOU ALL THOSE pregnancy SYMPTOMS HAD GONE LONG TIME AGO ( since December)
