Cheating!? What app is this!?

My husband showed me something on his phone, and on the notification bar, i saw an icon of a sexy woman figure, with her laying down, one of her leg raised up, and shes on heels. I ask him what it is, and he wouldnt tell me, nor will he show it to me. He just immediately took his phone away from me.

Has anyone seen this kind of app? I did some google searching, and it doesnt show anything. I feel like its a dating or hook up app. I dont think it would be spam.
