Leaving An Abusive Situation

Hi ladies. I really really need some help. My fiancé and I are trying to get my mom out of an abusive relationship with my dad. She’s scared to leave but we’re afraid if she doesn’t leave him he’s going to seriously hurt or kill her...

We want to buy a house for her to live in with us. We have 2 kids as well and are going to be trying for a 3rd soon so we’re going to need a pretty big house. I have great credit but no income, my fiancé has pretty good credit and a decent income, and my mom has shit credit but a high income.

We are wondering if we applied for the loan with all 3 of us if we would be able to get a good loan. Would her shitty credit hurt us? Or would they be okay with it since 2 of the 3 have a high credit score? We want to talk to a mortgage loan officer soon of course. But I’m hoping someone here may know something about this.

Also would love advice on getting a divorce from someone that you are afraid of...
