Scared to take my baby back to daycare

I’m sorry if I sounds dramatic but I’m upset. My baby started daycare 2 weeks ago and it’s been a hard transition for me to go back to work. She is currently 9 months and learning to stand but very wobbly. Well today at daycare they called me and said she fell and hit her head. When I picked her up she had a good bruise and knot on her forehead. I’m probably more traumatized than she is. I’m terrified to bring her back. I could get a nanny, but it’s sooooo much more expensive and would put a bigger strain on my family. I’m torn and don’t know what to do. Is it normal for babies to get hurt in daycare? I thought I had her in a good place but it’s not even been a month and she already got hurt there!
