Clingy bf ??

Hey gals, is it normal that I get frustrated and annoyed when my boyfriend literally every 2 seconds wants to hug or kiss me? Like when I want him to do something he says “only if you give me a kiss” every time and we had a fight before cus he wanted to cuddle when watching a movie and I just wanted to watch a movie ? I’m 7 weeks pregnant but I have felt this last time I was with him and ended it because he was like that too we got back together quite a while ago, I thought we talked about this it just started to get like this ?? I’m scared it’s gonna end again and I’ll be pregnant and look after a 2 year old on my own :( also should I have an abortion cus of this reason too :( I’m scared as fuck
