WORRIED AND SCARED!!!!

Hello I really need some advice I have a history of chemical pregnancies and miscarriages last one was on 1/28/19. I went to my Dr who decided to schedule me to have a Sonohysterogram Ultrasound done. In the mean time I wasn’t thinking of tracking my cycle this month until I got a period I started having early pregnancy symptoms again on 02/19/19 I took 4 FRER to make sure my hCG levels weren’t still picking up well all of the test were negative so the next morning I decided to test again with my FMU I took 2 more test they were also negative I went in that day 2/20/19 for my SIS ultrasound my Dr also did a pregnancy test and it was negative well tonight I got really sick while drinking a glass of wine so I decided to test again and on 2 FRER I instantly got 2 BFP 😱😱😱 My husband and I both were shocked I’ve been cramping and spotting thinking AF was coming but could this have been Implantation bleeding??? Should I go to the ER ??? I sent my Dr a email but I know she won’t respond until Monday does anyone has any advice for me PLEASE????? I’m so confused I don’t know when I ovulated this cycle or anything 😔😩
