Sleep help!?

Question

My 2 month old has recently figured out she can eat her hands (yay!)

however this is causing us to have little
To no sleep. She scratches her face scratches her gums and lips. I keep her nails trimmed as much as possible. 
She hates being swaddled with arms in the swaddle bc she can’t move. I’ve tried swaddle sac and halo but do me no good if she can still get those arms to her face all night 
Does anyone have any reviews on these two or recommendations on a good sleep sac thing to help us sleep again?

My son is the same! And he hates his arms in a swaddle. We just swaddle his bottom half and then put mittens on him so he doesn't scratch

I would strongly encourage you to look into takincarababies sleep course. She teaches you what to do after you’ve swaddled the baby because most don’t like it anyways, but it’s what you do after swaddling that makes the difference. It has changed sleep for us and our little man sleeps almost through the night being swaddled! If he gets his arms out sometimes he does exactly what your LO does and will chew his hand and wake himself up. That being said, we use the swaddle me brand, but we’ve tried to love to dream and he doesn’t sleep as well in that one. The point is for their hands to be close to their face so they can self soothe, but he chews his hands any chance he gets so he’d be up all night chowing down if we kept him in that 😂 it’s all trial and error though. Hope you find something that works!

I have always used Bonds Wondersuits. They have a flaps that can go over her hands and feet while they sleep and then you just fold back the flaps when they are awake.
