When do you go the hospital after BFP?

If you get your bfp before the expected time of your period then do you go directly to the gynecologist or you wait for a few days then you go for the checkups?

I called right away this was about 3 days before expected period and my gynecologist scheduled a time for me to
Come in. The appointment wasn’t until I was 8 weeks pregnant, they didn’t do “confirmation” appointments because the tests they use are the same hpts that we all have available. A “confirmation” appointment would have been a waste of time and money.

I called my gynecologist and they scheduled me for that same week just pee in a cup and a confirmation ultrasound even given how early it was they were able to see the sac and the yolk sac I was about 3 maybe going on 4 weeks currently 10 weeks

I waited until my missed period, confirmed it with my actual family doctor. And then made an appointment with my Obgyn. Which they normally dont see you until 8 weeks.

I'd wait until at least your expected period so that your line is nice and dark and go in with fmu to your gynecologist.  If you go in too early their test might be negative
