Vaginal Cysts?

I sometimes get a bump near my vagina, usually near my outer lips, and they get kinda sore and big and I can pop them open and puss comes out. This usually has only happened like once every few months, I thought it was from shaving and maybe an ingrown hair was causing them, but right now I have one that’s kinda in more where there’s no hair, by my clit, and another is popping up near where my thigh crease is, I’m just wondering if this is normal or not. They’re small bumps that kinda look purplish. I obviously know going to the doctor is the best thing but I’m wondering if anyone has anything to help me right now.
