I started my cylce February 2nd or 3rd.

On February 20th I was told I had 2 cysts on both my right and left ovaries.

On February 21st I had multiple globs of mucus that I've never seen before just fall out of my vagina. (Picture included).

About 3 hours after this globby mess started I was experiencing sharp pains on my right side. It lasted for hours even Tylenol didnt help.

Its been 2 days and i have dried up completely. Pain is on and off. Still locally on right side.

What could this be?

Possible cyst bursting?
