swollen feet!

i’ve never had any swelling during this whole pregnancy , and I went to the mall today and walked around a lot , in 38 weeks and I got home and my feet were very swollen and it hurts to move them and they look very blotchy ,

I also have a headache from hell that just won’t break ! normal or ???

i’m checking my blood pressure when my mom gets home , just to make sure everything is ok with that any suggestions or advice ?
