I finally got a BFP!

I finally got my very first BFP yesterday! We are ecstatic to say the least! We have been trying since September and finally it has happened! Just praying nothing goes wrong and it sticks. I’ve been having mild to moderate cramping, but no spotting. I’m really new to this...I have no idea what to expect and I’m a nurse! I already made my first phone appointment for March 6th and my first office visit is scheduled for April 18th. Baby is due October 28th!
