Ear infection?

My one month old woke up with this on his left ear. I’m not sure that it could be it looks like it’s draining because it is a little wet his ear is also a little bigger than the other one. I do t have a doctor appointment until Tuesday and I’m trying not to freak out right now!

This looks like it might be dried ear wax.  When we gave our son a bath, the warm water drew some of the ear wax out and it looked similar to this, we also had a Dr.’s appointment that day and showed him and he said it was just ear wax that was drawn out from the warm water in his bath. Sure enough, I took a warm, damp wash cloth and was able to remove it. Have you checked for a fever? If your still unsure and if your little one is fussy definitely see a Dr.
