We just started our first IUI cycle since I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with PCOS. My husband and I want nothing more than to have a bunch of kids. Just found out yesterday that my SIL is pregnant AGAIN! Their first is 1 and a complete accident. Just so frustrated that we have to work so hard at this and they keep getting pregnant so easy...
