Poor appetite
Hi! I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I haven’t had much of an appetite. I snack here and there but I’m sure I’m not getting the nutrition that I need. If I eat it’s usually a small bowl of cereal or an apple with peanut butter. I just want advice on having a healthy diet during pregnancy. Has anyone tried protein powders, shakes or bars? If so what? I rarely eat meat and lately it’s made me sick to my stomach. Also, if you could share a yummy healthy recipe that would be appreciated too!
