Help me understand this (Buying houses)
Why are some houses sold for super cheap? For example, this one was sold for $68,400 in 1998...but then it says in 2017, it was only sold for $691. Is that serious? I see low prices like this on some houses and I just don’t understand how someone got the house for that price
