On birth control pills

I been on birthcontrol apri pills for about 6 months and last month I missed like 2 days to take my pills on time but on the second day I remember that I had forgotten that morning to take it I had the day before also forgotten so I took them both at time when usually I take themin the morning around 8am and this month I also forgot one day. My question is could I be on a risk that I might gotten pregnant, I say this because I been having this cramps and is not yet my period time for this month and I been having some creamy discharge and after that creamy discharge I started having egg white kind of discharge!???? 😒🤔
