CHF Congestive Heart Failure

I have congestive heart failure and am 13 weeks pregnant, wondering if anyone else has been through a pregnancy with this condition and what advice you have? This is not my only condition nor my first child but it is the first time pregnant with CHF and I am looking for information and advice on what to expect. I do have my first prenatal appointment this Thursday and saw my primary today who set up a cardiology appointment for March 14, the first available the doctor had.
