crush help/tips!!

okay sO there's this guy that i've liked for a while lol. we work together but don't go to the same school unfortunately. i've never told him i like him or anything bc im SUPER bad w that stuff. like i'm honestly the worst 😂 but anyway i was working w him & my friend this weekend & she was begginggg me to let her tell him i'm into him. at first i said no, but i finally gave in & told her when i'm not around, she can tell him. so she did obviously & i asked her what he said (duh) & he said that he's known for a while but didn't want to push anything. idk what that means!! everyone i've asked has said that he's probably interested in me but doesn't have time for a gf rn. which is understandable bc we're juniors in high school & he's pretty focused on college at the moment. bUt if u read all this, can u plsss give me any type of advice or tips?! help a girl out i reallyyy like him. he's the first nice guy i've liked in a long time & i just want things to go well :/
