1 year old not eating

My 1 year old only has 2 bottom teeth but I think shes teething now... I have tried so many foods from apple sauces to baby jar foods, eggs, pastas and more. Sometimes shell pick at things but she rarely actually eats a full meal. She will drink her milk though and shes picky with other beverages she wont drink juice or water or milk other than the formula. I have tried letting her feed herself I have tried feeding her. Nothing. Is this normal? My first 2 ate everything in site so its definitely different for me and I'm a little worried
