So frustrated

I’m 38 weeks today and since Thursday I’ve been having on and off contractions. 2 nights ago at 8 pm I started having contractions that were 11 minutes apart, at 3am they were 9 minutes apart, in the morning they were 8 minutes apart, went shopping to walk around and try to get things moving and that evening they were 6 minutes apart, went to bed last night and things halted and I had the odd contraction, now there is nothing, just some light cramping, so frustrated 😩 anyone else had something similar?
