I have these cuts, sores? idk what they really are tbh. I don’t know if they came from sex or me scratching myself in my sleep. but what can I do to help relieve them?! or what could they be? do I need to go see my gyno

edit: on thursday I had some rough sex and I think i got the cuts then friday (tmi) I drank too much and ended up pooping on myself. do you think maybe they are just infected cuts??
