Period poops. (Explicate language)
I’ve been reading that a lot of girls experience diarrhea when on getting their periods.
I personally get realllllly bad shits.
Not diarrhea but what I refer to as “a mans shit” when my actual period starts.
All day I am pooping huge amounts.
Does anyone else experience this ?
Like the nastiest poops I’ve ever had.
I can’t even explain it’s just a lot of poop.
