Is this normal?

My baby will be 3 weeks on Friday and usually gets a bottle (2oz) every 2-3 hours. I gave her a bottle at 11:30p and she didn’t fall asleep after like she usually does. Was kind of fussy. So I gave her another bottle around 1:15-1:30am and she only drank 1 oz and when I sat her up to burp, she spit up like a lot. And then I got her over to the changing table bc it got on her and she spit up like a lot more and it came out of her nose as well. Is this normal spit up? She’s never really done that before. Afterwards she fell asleep like nothing happened.
