Haven’t felt this before. BH? Labor?

FTM Experiencing some tightening in my stomach but mostly tightening in my mid and lower back all the way up to my shoulder blades.. could this be something? I’m 36+5. The other night I had some contracting that lasted about half hour for 30-40 seconds every few minutes. I didn’t call my dr because it was bearable and ended up going away. But now this weird tight back pain along with some stomach tightening. It comes and goes in little waves. Not constant but every few mins. I pray not to have back labor when the time comes 🤞🏻

Update: Now the back tightening has seemed to stop for now but my belly is still really hard and I keep feeling gentle movements from the baby. I honestly can’t tell if it’s the baby moving a little or if it’s my uterus cramping up and releasing lol
