I was told I have HSV1 and HSV2 and was wondering if y’all could explain it better to me. When I was younger I had received a cold sore every once in a while which I’m sure is HSV1 and I’m positive I got HSV2 from a past partner of mine, but I’ve seen some people on here say they have HSV1 genital. Does that mean that I say I have HSV1 genital or HSV1 and HSV2 ? This is so confusing. Thanks for y’all help.
