I have a bad bacterial vaginosis going on right now and I can’t afford the antibiotic right now and I feel like it’s getting worse it’s been a month and it doesn’t heal at all on it’s own please if someone can tell me over the counter medicines to get or cheaper methods to get rid of it ASAP

I already got a prescription at the pharmacy but I can’t afford it my insurance didn’t cover it
