Trying to lose weight

I want to lose weight, and in order to do that you have to change your eating habit. Well the thing is I’m pregnant and was wondering if it’s even healthy to change my eating habits to lose weight while I’m pregnant ? I want to eat healthy regardless but if it’s going to affect the baby on how much weight I’m losing then I’ll just wait until after I give birth.. ALSO what are things I should cut out of my diet? And things I should add more
