Nope, those who voted yes likely do it anyway even though they know it’s not.

In Canada they can not legally market the doc a tot for sleeping because its doesn't meet Canadian safety criteria.

Not at night unattended but if you’re watching baby and they are just taking a nap then yes. My grandma made me a “dock a tot” dupe kinda and I would be way too scared to use it during bed time, but she uses it during naps. We use the pack n play bassinet for bed time

Lots of moms use it but it is not considered to be recommended for safe sleep as far as I know.
