42 days in nicu

My son born 10 weeks early at Jan 18. He should be coming home this weekend.. (I think) so close. So now im encouraged to stay the night (bed and all) to start doing his feedings by bottle every 3 hours. (Probably give him the boob tonight for the 1st time) it’s exhausting..

Question for when I get home:

Been reading about this. During the day.. feed him every 3 hours.. play, change and nap... but at night let’s say... around 11 to midnight do a last feeding... and then start feeding him on demand... or at least every 4-5 hours.. (just at night) would that be ok?? Or should I just do 3 hours around the clock?
