Trying to figure out how the flu affects vaginal discharge?

I came down with the flu this week and noticed my discharge is just completely different than normal, not that it’s bad just different. I feel like I’m possibly producing more than normal and also it seems as if it’s not leaving my body on its own. I. Price it every time I go to the bathroom that there’s no discharge in my panties, but like if I push discharge does come out. Is this a sign a dehydration? I’ve been trying super hard to keep liquids in me but it is so hard because I just keep sleeping and sweating.

Anywho, if someone has answers or had experienced something like this please leave a comment. I cannot find ANYTHING on the web.
