Does my job have to comply?

I’m close to 35 weeks, and my doctor said he wants me to work from home full time due to my commute and wrote a note. I already work from home a few day’s a week. Does my job have to listen to the note and allow me to work from home full time? Or can they say no?

I don’t really think it will be a problem, but I also want to be prepared in case my manager says no. I plan on going in next week to talk to my manager and also hand in the note (plus grab some stuff from my desk) so I won’t be telling them over the phone or anything.
