I had one with my first and it really messed up my back. So I’m going without this time. Also hoping labor won’t be for 24 and a half hours again though too 🤞🏻😂

I honestly don't have a birth plan, every story I hear is how birth didn't go according to birth plan so I'll let little L decide the plan. I started by saying "definitely epidural" but after learning about it in my birthing class I think I'm going to go as long as I can and maybe avoid it all together. There's a correlation of people qho get migraines (me) and spinal headache from the epidural so I'm super hesitant now despite being told how infrequent it is I don't like the possibility existing at all 😂

One of my main fears is not making it to the hospital in time for epidural. Loved it the first time and want to have it again.

Hell yeah!! Lol jk I mean if I can’t tolerate the pain after trying the tub (if available) I’m not going to hesitate to ask for it. I know myself & im not too confident on my pain tolerance plus when I’m uncomfortable & annoyed for long periods of time I’m sure all the relaxation techniques I learned in birth class is not gonna help me

Definitely not ! But I had a bad experience with it with my first so lol I’m avoiding at all cost and don’t even want it to be mentioned lol
