Guys this implants ruining me 😢

I suffer with polycystic ovaries so I’ve never really had constant period and when I did have a period there was little cramping and it was light flow.

However since this implant has been in I feel like my insides are constantly being ripped apart and I’m bleeding ALL THE TIME. My boobs are mega sore 24/7 and the flow isn’t light either it’s so heavy and painful for my ovaries idk what to do 😢

This is my second time trying the nexplanon implant , the first time this happened after about a year of me having it in and I finally got it taken out after going through hell with countless amounts of doctors refusing.

It’s been about a year and half this second time (I wanted to give it another shot and the specialist who diagnosed me with pcos said the implant is the best thing for me) and i just cant cope but I’m worried my doctor will refuse to take it out as it took me so long to get it out the first time around, they’ve already gave me mini pills to try and stop the bleeding but nothings helping
