So I need help ..

So about a month ago me and my boyfriend broke up Bc we were having problems.. well he went back to his ex’s for a couple days then me and him worked things out and got back together... well two weeks ago I went to the heath department to get in birth control again and you know you always have to get tested when u go there . Well I got a phone call from them today saying I have chlamydia...... and I don’t know how to my boyfriend that he gave it to me ... so I need some advice.. like I love him with all my heart but Idk what to do ?
