Vivid nightmare dreams early pregnancy sign?

Question

I am only 8 DPO… But the last two nights I have woken up suddenly with really vivid nightmares. Does anyone know if that can be a sign of early pregnancy?
Only other preg signs I think are possible implantation blood ( literally just 3 times when wiped) and starting today sore breasts.
