Blood in poop?

TMI...... I’m 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I just went #2 and my butt had like a burning feeling so I looked in the bowl to see if there was anything weird cause it didn’t feel right and I noticed there was blood in my poop.... sorry again for the TMI I tried to keep the details to a minimum😅 but has this happened to anyone? Idk if it’s pregnancy related or what else this could be. Any ideas?
