Anyone else feel like they need a warm hug or to be held/cuddled?

I feel like my heart is broken everyday. I honestly feel like if I just had a nice long warm hug, I’d feel a lot better from the oxytocin. I used to be in a two year relationship and was used to having someone to hold. And with my mom gone out of the country, I don’t have her either. Anyone else feel like if they weren’t so touch deprived, things would feel better?
