Bleeding ?

Hey everyone ! i recently fingered myself and started bleeding. i want to believe it’s bc of my nails.. i have acrylics. while i was masturbating my fingers reached this tissue flap in my vagina. i can’t explain it but i went pretty deep and there was blood. but it’s not period blood. i’m on birth control & it didn’t smell like it. should i be worried ? what’s that tissue i felt?? thanks !
