I know this has been asked a million times, but I am wondering if any of you can share if you've experienced any pregnancy symptoms (mood changes / body changes) a week before your missed period that resulted in a positive pregnancy test.

I am exclusively breastfeeding and I have been feeling a little off these past few days. My periods have not returned, but I know there is still a chance of pregnancy. I'm just curious if my symptoms are early pregnancy or normal at 4 months pp.
