I think I might have a clogged duct
The left side of my left boob is very tender but not red or hot to the touch. I cant seem to find a lump because my breast are always kind of lumpy. Could it be that the duct is deep and that’s why I don’t feel a lump. I exclusively pump only due to latching problems and I tried massage and hot shower, massage and pumping, hot compress, what else can I do? I’m terrified of mastitis.
