Vacation?

Is anyone planning a trip this summer mid pregnancy?? Or have you traveled during mid pregnancy before. I just found out family is planning a trip in July... and I would be around 24 weeks... it would be a 15+ hour drive... or if flying then I’d have to buy a ticket for my son who will be almost 3...

I'm actually traveling abroad, I'll be ~15 weeks. I did my research and read that the second trimester will be the safest and most comfortable to do so!

My husband and I will be traveling from Pittsburgh to California in late May / early June. And then in August we’ll be traveling about 8 hours away to stay in the mountains. Traveling when pregnant is always hard on me bc of the motion sickness. So I wear a sea band, take mints, vitamin B6, extra bags Incase I have to get sick, list of water and crackers.

We have a vaca planned at the end of August. I’ll be 7 months so I’m somewhat dreading it but it’s important to be to give our daughter one last “only child hurrah” before her sibling comes. 
We’re also discussing a baby moon but not 100% in stone yet- that’ll be earlier tho.

I'll be movie from Hawaii to San Diego (sans husband, since he's in trainings for 6 months!) in June, when I'll be about 4.5-5 months. I'm a touch nervous about it, just because of the amount of stuff to get done, but people keep reassuring me that it'll be a fine time in the pregnancy for the move, so I'm starting to chill about it. I'm sure your travels will be great!

I went to Miami at 34 weeks during my first pregnancy. Traveled to my hometown for my baby shower at 25 weeks. Took road trips to visit the in-laws 2 or 3 times. You’ll be fine. 👍🏼 Just make sure you’re stopping every 2 hours or so to walk a bit so you don’t get any blood clots which can be detrimental. That’s what you need to worry about when traveling in car or plane for an extended time. Just google it to understand more.

My husband and I are heading to Hawaii for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary celebration in June with my entire family. 20 of us including our growing little bean. I’ll be 20 weeks!

Lots of traveling planned from 11week going to Europe, driving 12 hours to wedding in April, flying east-west in May, babymoon planned in July flying. Did more traveling with my first pregnancy. Listen to your body. Routine traveling is totally fine.

I just had an appointment and was told travel up to 36 weeks is safe. Assuming the rest of my pregnancy goes smoothly.
