Baby moving?

Hi girls, 
I am FTM and I am 18w1d. 
What concern me is the fact that I can't say 100% my baby moved. Sometimes I feel some flutters, sometimes like pokes, but not day after day and I am a little bit confused. When should I distinguish the real moves from bowel movements or gas?

You might have an anterior placenta that’s cushioning the baby’s movements. With my first I had an anterior placenta and I couldn’t really feel proper outside movements well into my 20’s weeks. With this one, I have a posterior placenta and I’ve felt her punch hard since about 17 weeks.

I felt moving and rolling in my 18th week. It feels like stomach bubbles sometimes or little tickles brushing across your belly from the inside. You'll know it when you feel it because it is distinguishable from gas or stomach bubbles. Also remember that at 18-20 weeks your uterus should be just below your belly button so focus on movement there. 
You can try different things to get your baby moving so you can learn what it feels like too. Some say sweets or cold things but that doesn't work for me so try a few different things. She really gets going when I eat salty things or when my husband is talking to me. I watched a suspenseful movie and she kicked really hard at the wrong moment and I about jumped out of my skin! Can't always count on baby moving when you have your hands feeling or poking around. Some are shy. She was kicking up a storm and my SIL wanted to feel and she just totally stopped. Best times to feel are when you're resting and gotta catch it in the right moment.

I didn’t feel my baby move till 21, nearly 22 weeks. You’ll start to feel them move just be patient

I didn't feel the baby move until 20+3. Baby is so small, it takes awhile. Also, it depends on where your placenta is.

I didn’t feel ANYTHING until 21 weeks. That’s when I started feeling actual obvious kicks. I never felt flutters or anything that could obviously be defined as my baby.

You prob feel the baby, it will feel like bubbles popping but you won’t feel them everyday, since 21 weeks I can feel them everyday, getting stronger and stronger

You are probably feeling baby move, they still small so movements are still soft so might not feel baby with every move, will all depends how you and baby are lying/sitting. Give it about two weeks
