Did I mess up my first IUI?!

I'm new to all of this. Took clomid days 4 to 8. Started testing day 9. Day 13 showed an LH surge on a first response non-digitak opk (I had been using digital Clearblue sticks and couldn't find them, my husband moved them, he's so helpful sometimes 😂). I called my fertity doc, they scheduled IUI for yesterday morning. I tested again later in the day and yesterday morning on the Clearblue, no peak - only high. Went for the IUI anyway, because I had read the peak window is sometimes short. Test this morning and now we're peak on the digital and NOT on the FR (!?!) I'm so confused and I know one must be a false surge, but how do I know which one?! IUI was done with a fresh sample, not frozen. Today is cycle day 15. If I was early, am. I maybe okay?
