I only plan to if my little one hasn’t self weaned by then or I haven’t lost my mind haha. I have a feeling she will be an emotional breast feeder

I’m on the fence. I breastfed my first until 13 months. He weaned easily after I put him on cows milk and all was well. However, he started getting ear infections not long after that every time he had a cold. I feel like if I had still been breastfeeding him then he might not have gotten them. I plan to breast feed my daughter for at least a year, but will go longer if possible.

Absolutely. WHO recommends until at least 2. So I am going until at least 2 then letting her self wean.

I’m just basing this on how much nursing comforts my little one. I’ll probably just nurse her before bed.
