Can you just switch your babies formula?

Question

I’m using Enfamil Neruopro Gentelase(idk the spelling) for my one month old son right now but I’m thinking of finding one that helps with reflux. He hasn’t been diagnosed by a doctor with it, but he spits up a lot and squirms and seems upset anytime I lay him straight on his back, even after I wait like an hour after his feeding to put him down flat. 
So my question is, can you just switch formulas or is there a process you have to do?

My pediatrician said you can just switch, just don’t mix two different formula brands together in one bottle (which I feel like would be commonsense).

My sons pedi started him on Zantac, I use gripe water morning and evening with his Zantac and I use Similac Total Comfort with the Dr. Browns anti colic bottles and I have noticed a huge difference! I have had to try different formulas while weaning off of bm and if a formula didn’t work I just tried the next. I don’t know that there is a right way to wean off of one formula to the next honestly.

I had to supplement formula because my daughter wasn’t gaining weight after birth and we started on that formula and she had bad gas and constipation so the next feeding we used a lactose sensitive one and she took it just fine. Just call your pediatrician if you have concerns about baby.

I am using Similac pro sensitive it calms my little girl with her gas and fussing.

We switched from regular enfamil (the yellow one) to the blue one (can’t remember the name, but it’s the expensive one). It seems to be helping and it’s supposed to help with babies with reflux. It does cost 40$ for a tub so that sucks, but it’s worth it for us because he seems to be in less pain.
